120 people in this category joined us in 2007. Why? We are on the lookout for people with experience in other sectors. You can contribute your commercial experience and your sense of customer service; we can introduce you to banking products, services and techniques.
What are the main entry-level posts? Counter Advisor and Multimedia Client Advisor.
Since 2004, we signed an agreement with ANPE, the French Employment Agency which allows us to recruit candidates without particular graduate, but which have a commercial experiment or a service activity in connection with the customers. We can suggest them joining the functions of Adviser Reception and of Multimedia Account advisor.
