Integration
The course is centred around the basics which will enable you to:
- Find your place in the company
- Understand the organisational structure and the related positions
- Understand the characteristics of the profession you have chosen
- Appropriate the banking fundamentals which are relevant for your function,
- Develop your personal network amongst our teams
Of course, the training is not only theoretical. The training periods alternate with periods of work in the job, which enable a gradual building up of skills.
You will benefit from the experience of a mentor. Have questions or experiencing difficulties? Always ready to help, the mentor broadens your perspective and helps you put the theory you have learnt into practice.
