To be in a direct relationship with customers is at the heart of Boursorama’s strategy: the quality of customer service represents one of the bedrock of the organization of the online broker.

The merger of CaixaBank France in May 2006 and the preservation of the 20 banking offices enabled Boursorama to develop its customer relationship strategy, by providing the opportunity to best advice customers in complicated banking operations.

Now the company proposes to launch a whole range of financial products intended to meet customers’ expectations. Find out more http://www.boursorama.com/banque-en-ligne/compte-bancaire/index.html

A fast-expanding player in Europe

With the acquisition of Squaregain in 2005, Boursorama jumped to the number 2 position in retail brokerage in the United Kingdom. The sale of the B to B arm of Squaregain in October 2006 enabled Boursorama to focus on the B to C activities.

In Spain, Boursorama occupies third place in the market. With the Selftrade brand, the Group has experienced a strong growth in activity with more than 22,600 accounts and 276,000 orders executed in 2007.

The Group is present in Germany too: the acquisition of OnVista (online financial information portal) in 2007 has allowed Boursorama to centralize the activities within its core business.
