Sale consultant
The Sales Consultant is concerned with business development and the promotion of the Boursorama Banque offer. Supported by a manager, he/she is in charge of promoting Boursorama Banque’s savings offers.
Good interpersonal skills and a strong understanding of stocks and Boursorama Banque products are the key requirements for this job.
Customer Advisor
In direct and daily contact with the clients, the Customer Advisor has a privileged relationship with the clients. He/she embodies the brand image of the company to our customers. The customer advisor deals with all requests from our private customers by telephone or by mail and email and processes complaints.
Operations Administrator
The Operations Administrator occupies a key position in Boursorama’s organization. He/she supports the Customer Advisors by maintaining the interface with various external providers such as Société Générale, Newedge… Dynamic and rigorous, the Operations Administrator is also in charge of the daily management and the monitoring of several banking transactions and investments.
Advertising Manager
The Advertising Manager is responsible for developing customer loyalty by selling advertising space to advertisers and media agencies.
Thanks to a qualitative commercial approach and good interpersonal skills, he/she is instrumental in promoting the brand image and awareness of Boursorama.
