To attract the talents which we require to accompany our development and because we need to work alongside students at each step of their career path, we have for many years forged myriad relationships with institutions of higher education.

High Schools

Société Générale is a partner of numerous high schools and vocational training schools throughout France, where our objective is to recruit candidates with two years of post-high school formal education on permanent contracts or for work experience as part of their sandwich courses.

Business Schools

To identify candidates for our financial and sales roles, we have been working for many years with the best business schools in both Paris and the provinces: HEC, ESSEC, ESCP-EAP, EM Lyon, EDHEC, BEM, ESC Lille, Euromed, ICN, Audencia, CERAM, IECS, Reims MS, ESC Rouen, ESC Toulouse, Grenoble EM, ESCEM, ESSCA, IEP… and indeed, with many other establishments.

Engineering and Information Technology Schools

Worldwide

In numerous countries, Société Générale works together with local training institutions to promote both local and international opportunities to students and graduates.
