Commercial Prescription Agent

As a financing specialist, our commercial success depends largely on the dynamism of our commercial work force.

Professional and versatile, as leader of the distribution network, you will be in charge of regulating and monitoring credit and risks, as well as sales techniques.

Your main aim is to represent FRANFINANCE across our distribution network, particularly with large distribution leaders, Internet market, etc... You will drive and motivate the sales force through coaching and training and will contribute to commercial development by working closely with advisors and customers.

Your firm understanding of the financing sector will enable you to approach a third-party organisation as an expert, reinforcing your actions and guidance.

This role will enable you to develop technical and commercial abilities, preparing you for commercial, managerial roles across our network.

Customer Account Manager

A good relationship with customers is at the heart of our performance, and so your role is fundamental to the organisation.

As Customer Account Manager, your main aim is to ensure a high-quality after-sales service, overseeing information requests and customer complaints :

- you will respond to information requests relating to revolving credit and classic credit contracts,
- you will analyse the customer needs, advising them on the products which are best suited to their personal situation and keeping them informed about the progress of their contracts,
- you will handle paperwork and suggest solutions following your examination of the customers' requests,

Thanks to your professionalism and expertise, you will be able to achieve set targets relating to timescales and quality of service.

This is a key position in terms of understanding our products, enabling you to move on to other positions, such as Quality Report Manager, or Contractor.

Commercial Agent

A good relationship with customers is at the heart of our performance, and so your role is fundamental to the organisation.

As Commercial Agent, your main aim is to optimise customer contacts through the sale of different products (insurance, credit repurchases…):
- you will respond to our customers’ varying requests,
- you will analyse their needs and suggest a Franfinance solution suited to their needs and financial situation,
- you will offer products from our range, always aiming for a win-win situation

Thanks to your professionalism and expertise, you will be able to achieve set targets relating to timescales and quality of service.

This is a key position in terms of the sales force and understanding our products, and will enable you to move on to other commercial and managerial positions within the organisation.

Management

For us, it is all about honest financing products which are made up of strong technical elements. The success of this depend on the expertise of our management teams.

Your strictness and understanding of how financing works will enable you to ensure a good relationship between our customers and our sales force.

With a constant eye on quality, your main aim is to ensure that financing cases are processed smoothly and that operations are handled, verified and controlled. You will also update procedures relating to operation handling systems.
