Operations to keep the disabled in work
- 320 operations have been conducted in 2009, covering areas such as accessibility, adaptation of workstations, adaptation of working hours, provision of parking and transport, etc.
- Implementation of a dedicated process to foster recognition of the status of disabled worker.
Training initiatives
- Hosting of disabled trainees
- Raising awareness among managers and human resources teams
- Training: e-learning programme on non-discrimination and equal opportunities
- Creation of "HandiFormaBanques" in Lille, Lyon, Nice, Toulouse, Nanterre and Nantes (one year work-study programmes)

- More than 50 recruitment forums in 2009

Partnership and Innovation
- Besides, Mission Handicap Société Générale is partner with several associations: french national associations (ADAPT, APF, UNAPEI, APEC...), associations for young disabled people (Arpeigh, Fondation Garches, Hopale, Afij…) and others different associations (Handimanagement, Circonférence...).
- Contribution in favor of innovation to promote employment and integration of disabled workers: Tadéo ( innovative technologic solution based on the Internet in order to allow deaf people to participate in meetings and to use a phone).
