Customer Service Officer
You will welcome clients and help them with their daily banking transactions and orient them to customer advisors. You will advise them, sell simple banking products, and receive and deal with complaints.

You receive and handle calls and e-mails from our customers (managing their account, information about or products, requests for documentation). You will prepare sales proposals, use and update our databases and perform simple back office tasks.
