Based in the Paris Region, or in Lille, Lyons or Marseilles, you provide direct customer relations (telephone/Internet) by advising clients about everyday banking products and services. Because you enjoy being in contact with others and providing a useful service, you will increase customer loyalty while contributing to the development of our business.

This position is the ideal entry point into the banking world because of the great diversity of client situations to be handled, and the excellent knowledge you gain of the banking product range. It will enable you to move naturally towards client advisor functions.
