ALD Automotive manager

The manager role is crucial, as the satisfaction of our clients depends on his professionalism. 
At that role, your main missions are as follows:

  • The privileged interlocutor of drivers, you receive and process your requests, or pass them on to the departments concerned.
  • You take calls from users and fleet managers requesting replacement/short-term vehicles.
  • You reserve vehicles from approved body repair/short-term rental networks.
  • You monitor vehicle immobilisations and extension requests from agencies.
  • You check and record supplier invoices. You also re-invoice clients where necessary.
  • You process and follow up legal disputes.
  • Claim management: you receive all claim declarations and organize follow-up (making appointment for expert appraisal, repair or replacement vehicle).

ALD maintenance technician

If we are able to provide high quality service at all times, it is thanks to the maintenance technician in charge of technical assistance for our clients.
At that role, your main missions consist in:

  • Taking all necessary actions to reduce the immobilisation time of vehicles awaiting repair
  • Helping clients to find approved repairers and/or suppliers
  • Giving technical approval to repairers after checking the estimate and the justification for the request
  • Monitoring and checking vehicle repairs
  • Make claims against repairers for any anomalies found, and make warranty claims against car makers and/or repairers, as well as providing technical follow-up for such claims
  • Keep time charts, and all documentation necessary for checking invoices, up to date
  • Check and issue re-invoicing to clients
  • Settle client disputes and inform the Commercial Departments about the outcome

The commercial advisor is at the heart of our branch sales development strategy. 
At that role, you contribute to raising awareness of the Group's name and image as a reference on the market, and help the dynamism of the branch to which you are assigned.
Your main mission is to achieve the individual annual target allocated to you in terms of volume and value added. To do so, you must:

  • Manage and develop the client portfolio entrusted to you
  • Prospect for potential clients in your assigned geographical sector
  • Collect all the information necessary for studying and accepting files
  • Carry out regular reporting about the clients and prospects concerned
  • Visit clients and prospects with the sales managers
  • Carry out diagnostic tests and apply the sales cycle method to all prospect files
  • Grant discounts to enable solutions in line with our Group's commercial policy
  • Win client loyalty by periodical monitoring.

You operate in a rich environment of high level interlocutors (General Management, IT services division, Financial Division), and are the "orchestra conductor" who brings together the internal skills needed to ensure a successful outcome for your projects.

ECS itinerant technician

The proximity with the client and the quality of our technical interventions are essential requirements to ensure quality and satisfaction. As an AS400/Unix/Mainframe or Intel itinerant technician, you are one of the main ambassadors of this ongoing effort to deliver the highest quality of service.
You are responsible for hardware installation, migration and repairing services for the client.

The risk researcher plays a key role in our professionalism and our performance. While making sure we take appropriate and well-founded decisions by means of a thorough risk analysis, you are in close contact with the different departments of our Group and its subsidiaries.
As a Société Générale Equipment Finance risk researcher, you are responsible for analysing the financing requests passed on to you for lease finance, leasing and medium or long-term credit. With a thorough knowledge of financial analysis and accounting, and a good command of credit matters, you make use of the decision-making aid tools provided, and decide within your own delegation to validate some files, or makes proposals to your hierarchy if acting outside your own delegation.
