Secretary

In this cross-functional and essential post, autonomy and initiative are greatly appreciated. The range of tasks will enable you to demonstrate your rigorousness and your organisational skills, but also your interpersonal qualities and your ability to be a good team player.

Your main missions will be:

  • Manager secretariat: management of the manager's schedule, handling the manager's requests/needs (filing, travel, expense account)
  • Administrative management of new arrivals (badge request, telephone, computer access request)
  • Updating of electronic directory, organisation chart, e-mail circulation lists
  • Human resources relay (passing on sick leave information, distribution of pay sheets, establishment of requirements for auxiliary staff during holiday periods, etc.),
  • Follow-up of receipt of applications from candidates, and making of appointments,
  • Circulation of quarterly closure memorandum
