Fanny C., 33
Sourcing and School Relationship Manager

Testimonial of a member of the Group Human Resources Corporate Division
"Following a mission as a consultant for Société Générale, I joined the Group in October 2003 to manage communication for the Global employee share ownership programme. Then I worked in the Training department, where I was responsible for the induction programme designed for new recruits in the Société Générale Group. Today, I work within the Recruitment department as Sourcing Manager. This post is extremely stimulating, because it contributes to the image of the Group as an employer of choice for graduates, and is in charge of hiring interns, company volunteers and recent graduates.
For me, the major asset of Société Générale is that I can find within the Group the same wide range of jobs and activities that I appreciated as a consultant, thanks in particular to a very proactive functional mobility policy."
