One person with many roles: at the heart of each evolution project for our information systems, you make sure that all the stages are carried out while complying with the specifications, budgets and deadlines. A position of responsibility, which requires know-how and interpersonal skills.

Your tasks comprise:

  • Planning, directing and coordinating the players in the project
  • Relational follow-up of the internal client
  • Management of external suppliers
  • Compliance with the specification, budget constraints and deadlines
  • Guaranteeing quality and performance criteria.

Business Analyst

You analyse user needs, express them, evaluate their feasibility and convert them into technical terms. The cornerstone of each IT project, you are there to make it possible to match the solution developed with the need expressed.

Your mission comprises: 

  • Identifying, analysing and formally expressing users' needs
  • Drawing up a specification
  • Taking responsibility for the solution delivered, while complying with the requirements in terms of quality, performance, costs and deadlines.

Security Engineer

Information system security: crucial to ensuring that finance and confidence always go hand in hand. You have a dual role: in the first stage, you consider the content of an effective security policy and draw up the standards this involves; in the second stage, you monitor the implementation of the standards in your area of responsibility.

You are more specifically responsible for:

  • Defining solutions to be implemented and checking their effectiveness
  • Carrying out technical studies
  • Carrying out a technology watch on security issues
  • A general role of advice, assistance, alert and information about security issues

Your mission, which is essential in ensuring collective performance, encompasses:

  • Technical studies and the definition of configurations
  • Maintenance of network and telecom hardware components
  • Ensuring the effectiveness, reliability and flexibility of the solutions adopted
  • Technical relations with external suppliers
  • Advice, assistance, information and technology watch.

Studies and Development Engineer

In charge of software component development or evolution, the Studies and Development Engineer is involved from the very first stages of the operation. He is the key player of the teams responsible for the subsequent stages of project development.
He is in particular responsible for:
- Software component analysis, production and assembly
- Delivery of software components, meeting quality, performance, cost and deadline requirements
- Evolutional and corrective maintenance of existing software components.

Technical Architect

You define the technical characteristics of the information system, while ensuring the evolution of the technical components for which you are responsible as effectively as possible using the existing possibilities: a strategist who ensures the efficiency of the system for which you are responsible, you have a key function in information systems. 

Your functions:

  • Definition of norms and standards
  • Drawing up of evolution scenarios
  • Evaluating the relevance and coherence of the solutions with regard to the existing architecture and the target architecture

Information Systems Architect

stage in the development of the system, your role is essential.

You are particularly called on to:

  • Ensure correct urbanisation of the information system: functional and applicative information system architecture;
  • Ensure a coherent evolution of the whole information system while respecting the company's objectives, core business processes and external and internal constraints (legislation, risks, costs, deadlines, etc.) by making the best use of the state of the art technology, existing system, urbanisation concepts;
  • Propose IS evolution scenarios which take account of factors liable to have an impact on the IS (management decisions, evolution of the offering, organisational issues, quantitative issues) by anticipating changes and their impact
  • Capitalise on all knowledge about the business IS and manage the assets
  • Evaluate the appropriateness and unitary and global coherence of projects in relation to the target architecture and the IS: opportunity studies, definition of needs, choice of functional system architecture, evolution scenarios
  • Raise awareness of the information system mapping and the urbanisation charter for the Group's IS.

Database Administrator

There can be no efficient banking service without efficient information systems management. In charge of the organisation of our databases, you play a key role which very largely determines the effectiveness of all the entities of our Group.

You ensure the availability of the information system data by carrying out the following tasks:

  • Database management and administration
  • Optimisation of database operation and upgrading of versions
  • Technology watch
  • Advice to development engineers concerning database tuning
  • Participation in the definition and implementation of the software packages and databases.
