The range of your missions:

Designing and implementing innovative solutions for your clients is a high value added mission, which you will have the opportunity of carrying out in a number of different contexts including in Corporate and Investment Banking, Retail Banking, Specialised Financial Services, Global Investment & Services, inside and outside France. Although your internal clients are all different, they will unanimously appreciate your expertise and your responsiveness.

  • Organisational advice
  • Company performance improvement: missions to optimise structures, processes and productivity
  • Supporting change in the company: managing change; the creation, acquisition, merging and reconfiguration of entities

Olivier, age 33
Organiser

"I joined Société Générale in September 2003 as an organisation consultant after spending a few years with a major consultancy firm, qualified as an engineer and having taken a postgraduate course in business administration. My main missions, to meet the needs of an internal client, include the structuring of our intervention prior to the project and its implementation as part of a team of organisers. The missions are carried out inside and outside France, and cover all business sectors on a variety of topics such as introducing change, revamping processes, or reorganising an entity. What I particularly like about what I do is the diversity of projects and of the people I meet as a result. It is also a very good post to observe and understand the businesses and activities of the bank, and its strategy."

  • Gather the information necessary to ensure that your missions achieve their aim, while ensuring confidentiality and complying with ethical rules
  • Organise your activity to ensure that mission objectives are achieved in the given lead time,
