Helping you take the first steps

We pay particular attention to ensuring new employees settle in well. When you arrive, we devote a half day to giving you all the information you need to ensure your successful integration within the company. You are given a dedicated welcome pack which contains all the information you need to get started (practical information, personal file, guides.).
You are also assigned a trusted advisor from within your department who will facilitate your induction in your new position and working environment.

Training programmes to perfect your profile

Throughout your career within SGBT, you have access to various technical and behavioural training programmes that are adapted to your activity. The programmes are developed with the help of top specialists in your profession, universities or renowned training institutes.

In fact, we have developed a specific training programme for those working in our securities business in collaboration with the IFBL, the Luxembourg institute of bank training. Furthermore, the Group has also set up a private institute which specialises in wealth management training.

Did you know?

In 2007, SGBT recruited 263 employees, including 83 within its fund management department, Euro-VL Luxembourg. At the end of June 2008, SGBT had recruited 117 employees.
