The professional development of new talents joining SG CIB is a priority for us and contributes to the progress and growth of the Group as a whole. Diversity and synergies enable us to master many skill areas and produce a unique working environment. It is in this framework that GIP was created some years ago.

Since its launch in 2005, Graduate International Programme (GIP) has been positioned as a graduate programme of excellence in Europe. To date, more than a hundred graduates from the best European schools and universities representing over twenty different nationalities have joined Société Générale through this rotation programme.

Since the programme implementation four years ago, the corporate and investment banking industry has undergone profound changes. We find therefore appropriate at this stage to take the time to make this programme progress in line with the evolution of our positions. For this reason, the launch of a fifth GIP will be postponed for several months.
