French International Assignment participation requirements:
We are looking for the best European graduates to become our future, cross-cultural managers. You will gain in-depth knowledge of banking techniques in our Graduate International Programme. This two-year development training cultivates global leadership in:
The programme includes an initial, two-week training at INSEAD in Fontainebleau (France), followed by rotations in other European cities including Paris, London, Madrid, Milan or Frankfurt.
It also incorporates a full training and development plan for each individual :

To be selected for our programme you will need to be a talented graduate with a good degree in numerate subjects. A high level of geographical mobility and flexibility is essential as graduates move between Paris and London, and possibly other European cities.
We also have a specific interest in recruiting graduates who are fluent in both Japanese and English. Successful applicants will join the programme to spend two years in Europe and upon completion will be offered a position in Japan under a Japanese contract.

Next, selected candidates will be invited for a telephone interview. Interviews will be conducted in English with a French component. (Japanese-speaking applicants can speak Japanese instead of French.)
If you pass the telephone interview, you will attend an Assessment Event in Paris. Candidates who have demonstrated the greatest aptitude and commitment will be offered a position.
