Quants R&D
Innovation is everyone's business, so your creative thinking and entrepreneurial ideas are always welcome. As key contributor to the business, you are the facilitator that makes everything possible. Specialising by product, you are the in-house expert when it comes to creating cutting-edge models for pricing and hedging interest rates, foreign exchange, credit or commodities derivatives. In close cooperation with the IT team, you implement your models in object-oriented languages and validate the results in real-time.
Trading
As a top-flight trading room specialist, you deliver new products and drive business developments together with your own team and those on other sales and trading desks. You are responsible for the profitability on a given market or product. An expert market-maker or proprietary trader, your extensive knowledge is called on for pricing, booking, and hedging deals, as well as setting product strategy. We back your personal initiative and professional judgement with all the resources you need, including the most sophisticated pricing engines available.

Financial Engineering
You come up with the ideas of new products in close contact with the sales and trading desks. It's your market intelligence, economic research, designing abilities and imagination that shape the products. Working within your chosen speciality and with ambitious targets, you are also responsible for monitoring the execution and the back-office booking process, and follow up the deals you structure. Financial engineers are not only the experts when it comes to product innovation, structuring, debt restructuring, leveraging and pricing, but also address the legal, tax, accounting and financial issues when customised products are structured and priced.
Research
Your expert knowledge of credit, forex and interest rates is called upon whenever asset allocation, sector recommendations and tactical trading activities are under consideration. Your research ensures procedures are properly complied with, and shapes the opinions and recommendations of key decision makers in sales, trading and debt capital markets.You also provide clients with valuable market analysis. You understand today's fast moving global financial markets and stay up to speed with what's happening across them all from day to day.
