Your environment
You will work in the Application Support team locally. This team is part of a Regional Asia Pacific team which has hubs in Tokyo, Hong Kong & Sydney.
Your role
Production
- Ensure stability of the production environment; provide a high level of service on supported applications, with proper application scheduling
- Prepare testing and UAT environments on behalf of project team, participate user acceptance test before roll out
- Roll-out of applications, follow establish processes
- Ensure prompt and correct tracking and reporting of all requests and incidents, catalogue of change, and release, record of activity in SGCIB standard tracking tool,
- Crisis management, troubleshooting production downtime in emergency mode.
- Detect recurrent issues and propose actions
- Maintain exhaustive documentation on supported applications
- Daily monitoring of the systems
Communication
- Meet with internal clients regularly
- Provide user application training
- Escalate issues to Local Support manager if needed
Operational Risk Management
- Apply established SLA/OLA recommendations
- Maintain/participate DRP/BCP
Your profile
- University graduate with a Computer or Engineering degree
- 4 to 5 years of relevant experience preferably with Investment Banks
- Good banking product knowledge especially on accounting & finance
- Good command of both English & Chinese
- Strong analytical and synthetic skills
- Rigorous, result-oriented and client-oriented
- Technical skills: Unix environment, Unix Shell, SQL are essential; Business Objects, SWIFT are advantage
