Votre rôle
Rattaché au Directeur de Programme, vous serez amené à intervenir ou à prendre en charge plusieurs natures de projets ou plusieurs dimensions d’un projet au sein du programme auquel vous êtes rattaché. En fonction des besoins, vous agirez, par exemple, en organisateur/pilote, en spécialiste technique économique ou normatif, en point d'entrée ou en coordinateur pour des projets transversaux. Vos principales responsabilités sont

Assurer la MOA (cadrage, expression de besoin, rédaction BRF et PAF) et le pilotage du projet

Rédiger les spécifications détaillées en lien avec les équipes opérationnelles

Assurer la communication avec les équipes contributrices par la mise en place d’une gouvernance claire (réunions de travail, comités de projet, de pilotage)

Animation des interactions avec les autres départements localement et à l’international

Initier et piloter les plannings, contrôler l’avancement, la qualité, dans le respect des charges et des délais présentés

Assurer le reporting aux responsables d’équipe de manière claire et régulière

S’inscrire dans les normes et méthodologies propres à la Société Générale (notamment via l’utilisation de la méthodologie 6sigma)

Coordination avec les projets existants et les initiatives des équipes du Front Office

Votre profil
De formation supérieure (de type Ecole d’Ingénieur, Ecole de Commerce ou équivalent universitaire), vous possédez une expérience d’au moins 5 ans en conseil ou en environnement BFI qui vous ont permis d’acquérir une très bonne maîtrise des produits financiers dérivés, de développer vos compétences comptables, et votre connaissance des aspects Risques et Valorisation . La certification SixSigma est un plus.
Dans un environnement international, la maîtrise de l’anglais est indispensable.

Votre rôle

Votre profil
Doté de 5 à 10 ans d'expérience opérationnelle dans une ou plusieurs entreprises ou groupes du secteur Mines et/ou Matériaux de construction et/ou BTP, à l’issue d’une formation d’ingénieur en grande école ou équivalent, vous faites montre d’un professionnalisme certain. Vous maîtrisez évidemment l’anglais. Vous avez du goût pour les aspects financiers des dossiers, ce qui vous permettra de compléter vos compétences au sein de la banque et facilitera votre évolution ultérieure dans le groupe après quelques années de poste. Vous bénéficierez pour ce faire d’une formation soutenue dans un milieu où les innovations sont permanentes. Votre profil

Vous disposez d’une expertise ou d’une bonne culture générale dans un ou plusieurs des domaines suivants : architectures techniques (systèmes, réseaux, SGBD), production informatique, gestion de la sous-traitance, sécurité logique et physique. Une certification CISA, CISM, CISSP ou ITIL serait appréciée.
Vous maîtrisez parfaitement l’anglais à l’oral et à l’écrit et êtes mobile en France et à l’international.

SG Equipment Finance is currently seeking an experienced segment/program manager for its Information Technology business segment. The position is located in SG Equipment Finance’s US-headquarters in Jersey City, NJ.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The candidate must be able to:
• Achieve the targeted new funding volume for the IT Lessor market segment.
• Call on IT Lessors with existing SGEF relationships, both in-person and over the phone, to solicit growth in new financing volume as well as foster on-going relationships with other IT Lessor personnel, including Operations and Credit.
• Manage and be accountable for implementing all SGEF policies and procedures (i.e. sales, credit and documentation) within the IT Lessor market segment.
• Effectively coordinate with all required SGEF personnel (e.g. internal sales, documentation, credit and senior management) to Make sure that the SGEF IT Lessor market segment adheres to all SGEF requirements

Senior Systems/Operations Specialist (Societe Generale, New York, NY)

Provide overall support for traders on a complex derivative trading desk through the use of programming and derivative product knowledge. Create and design reports to provide data for profit/loss or risk analysis for the traders using Excel, VBA , CTS, Sybase, Quick Basic, Savvysoft TOPS and UNIX on Tarantella platform. Program pricing and risk methodology changes on trading platform for complex derivative products. Liaise with & provide information to other areas of the Bank (Operations, Market Risk, Legal, Accounting and Tax Departments).
