CSG is focused on the repackaging aspect involving documentation, structuring and review. This team works in interaction with people both inside and outside the bank. The team takes into account various regulatory, legal, fiscal, and accounting aspects that can affect a product, with the purpose of offering the most appropriate format for the client and Societe Generale.

&lt;br&gt;•	Obtain a thorough understanding of the Middle Office operational processes for both PFE 
&lt;br&gt; and TDA and be able to apply and or adhere to the existing procedures or guidance in

&lt;br&gt;•	Attending kick off meetings with the Front Office to discuss new transactions and

&lt;br&gt;•	Initially invest a lot of time to understand the various SGCIB systems in place to manage operational risks. Be able to use these systems in accordance with agreed procedures.

&lt;br&gt;•	Proper documentation and evidence of work performed and filing of key documents in E3F
&lt;br&gt; &amp;#40;Middle Office system&amp;#41;.

&lt;br&gt;•	Declaration of key operational controls performed in Morse to comply with Basle II requirements.

&lt;br&gt;•	Preparation of the reconciliation between Middle Office internal records and Fund reports

&lt;br&gt;•	Processing waivers, amendments, and refinancing transactions as appropriate,

&lt;br&gt;•	Tracking and monitoring compliance with financial information and other covenants
