Main responsibilities :
The role is to support the team on the operational risk tasks and particularly on improving reports industrialisation/production
•The team is producing on a monthly basis a set of KPI/KRI (Key Performance Indicators/Key Risk Indicators) provided to the UK Chief Country Officer for managing the risks bear by the UK platform. The role implies to request, consolidate, analyse this monthly management information pack in order to raise alerts to the senior management.
•Support the team in producing and analysing operational risks data (controls execution, risk assessments, new financial products to be launched, operational losses, etc) for the UK SAFE Committee every 2 months
•Liaise with various partners within the business (Fixed Income, Equity, Commodities) and resource functions (Middle Office, Technology, Accounting and Audit) to identify potential operational risks and raise alerts to SAFE management
•Participate in operational risk reviews and projects such as Risk Self Assessment, Permanent Supervision controls, risk mapping on processes
•Provide support for the UK branch on operational risk tools and provide/organise trainings when required
•To look at ways of improving efficiencies across all tasks
•Provide support on various ad hoc tasks or projects that arise
•Transversal role dealing with both UK and French staff
•Ability to work within a senior management environment

Ideal past experience
Experience in the banking field is a plus
Experience involving VBA macros
