As an IT professional you will be involved in software development, maintainence and project life-cycle management. You would have the freedom to work on the technical architecture, designing of  the application, project planning, estimation methodologies, testing practices – remaining with in the realm of the organisation IT standards and policies. You will work across Corporate Investment Banking, Security Markets, Private Banking, Core Banking and Financial Services.

As a Operations/ Finance professional, you would get to re-engineer the business work-flow, monitor & measure the process, and KPIs in the areas of Equity Settlements, Reconciliation & accounting; Market data administration; Procument management; Management reporting; Expense & Fees management; Presentation center; and Research. You would also improvise the process through six-sigma or other technologies to increase operational excellence.
