This position is for Corporate and Risk Systems (CRS) department, which is one of the most prominent IT divisions of Societe Generale. CRS is present in Paris, Bangalore, New Jersey, Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo, Sydney and London and has a wide variety of internal client. CRS Bangalore is very prominent in CRS World-wide.

Your role

Should be autonomous in handling Migration of applications from Sybase to MS SQL server with least assistance on domain initially.
Should analyze and develop new procedures for catalogue tasks and be able to guide juniors.
Should be good in Integration testing and do complete Integration testing for the modules and be able to fix performance related issues.
Communicate with counterpart to understand requirement/issues regularly and provide the status to lead and managers on weekly basis

Your profile

Candidate should have 4~5 Yrs Experience in MS SQL Server 2005/2008 development,
Should be good in,
TSQL, Stored procedure and understanding of basic performance and tuning concepts. Good development and testing skills and autonomous in handling the tasks
Good testing Experience, good Analytical and communication skills
Along with above skills, it would be added advantage if candidate posses,
Unix Shell Scripting, Sybase and knowledge of Scheduler preferably Autosys with corporate investment banking background.
