Product Marketing Manager

Read the testimonial of
Ingrid B., 32

That our products ideally match the needs of our customers is down to our marketing teams, who design them, adapt them to changing circumstances and make sure that they offer competitive advantages.

As a product manager, you set up the processes necessary for the development of the personal insurance product range: design and creation of new products, updating and promotion of the range, finding new distribution channels, etc.

This is a key position, which will enable you to quickly move on to other more commercial roles (network sales development), project management roles or management roles.

Actuary

Life and personal protection insurance products include substantial technical components which are based on the expertise of actuaries.

As an actuary, you are responsible for the technical and regulatory design and development of products or projects in France and abroad. As a life insurance expert, you carry out the studies necessary for long-term risk management.

Thus, you contribute to the expansion of our operations, and to our profitability by guaranteeing the technical and financial balance of the policies and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

The technical and financial experience gained by actuaries during their basic training and in carrying out their tasks prepares them to take on wider operational or managerial responsibilities as their career progresses.

Sales Developer

As insurance specialists, our commercial success largely depends on the dynamism of our sales developers.
Professional and versatile, as a distribution network developer you have a full command of the legal and fiscal regulations governing insurance and sales techniques.

Your main mission is to represent SOGECAP in the distribution networks of our Group, in particular in the Regional Delegations of Société Générale. You lead the sales force through coaching and training, and contribute to sales development by events for consultants and customers (breakfasts, conferences, etc.).

Your thorough knowledge of the personal insurance sector gives you the status of an expert in an organisation to which you do not belong, and ensures the credibility of your views, actions and advice.

This activity enables you to develop technical and commercial skills which prepare you to take on commercial responsibilities in the Société Générale network.
You may also be promoted inside SOGECAP to international or management positions.

International development Project Leader

Thanks to the strong expansion of Société Générale retail banking, private banking and specialised financial services on international markets, our role is to support this trend, which also represents an essential mainstay of growth for SOGECAP.
As a project leader, your main mission is to lead and coordinate projects for the creation of subsidiaries or branches in foreign countries. You carry out feasibility studies, overviews and project planning/reporting, and then draw up the business plan. You participate in defining the structure of the future entity (articles of association, organisation, teams, processes and tools).

You are a good listener with strong organisational skills, which will enable you to follow the preparation of the approval file, involving business lines and in some cases, external consultants, to pilot the implementation project (tools development, synergy with the local entities of our Group) and to take on responsibility for relations with the local distributor networks.

With an international profile and an ability to manage large-scale, cross-functional projects, this mission may enable you to continue your involvement through expatriation.

Telephone Advisor

Read the testimonial of
Joao P., 26

At a time when the quality of our customer relations is crucial for our performance, your role is fundamental.

As a telephone advisor, your main mission is to provide high quality after-sales service by handling information requests and complaints from our network and our customers:

-    you answer requests for information about our individual savings and personal protection policies,
-    you analyse the needs of your clients, advise them about the most suitable products and inform them about the latest situation of their policies,
-    you deal with incoming mail, and suggest solutions after analysing our customers requests,
-    you offer the possibility of raising questions with our departments: actuarial, financial, marketing, etc.

Through your professionalism and your expertise, you contribute to achieving the targets we have set ourselves in terms of leading times and service quality (reliability of information, meeting commitments made to the customer, etc.).

This key role in sales force terms allows you to quickly master all kinds of commercial initiatives in order to take your career forward.
