· We have set up Qualifying Integration Paths that enable you to acquire technical insurance skills both for contract management and claims management activities.
· After the qualification period, which can last up to two and a half months, you will be integrated into a team.
· Your manager supports you during the skills acquisition and validation process as soon as you join your team, thus enabling you to complete several stages as early as the first year and with the corresponding pay rises.
· After several months working with your team, you take part in a multi-trade integration seminar which will outline the different roles and functions at Sogessur.
