Launched in 2004 SGSS in the UK provide Securities Processing outsourcing services to banks and brokers. We are a leading provider of outsourcing solutions to Institutional organisations and a retail brokerage processing platform currently supporting around 20% of the UK retail market. In the UK market today we have circa 302 employees.
ALD Automotive UK is one of the UK's leading providers of a complete range of vehicle financing options and fleet solutions including contract hire, contract purchase, pan-European leasing and cash or car schemes. ALD is owned by Société Générale and part of the global ALD Automotive network, one of the largest leasing and fleet management companies, presently managing 1 million vehicles across 40 countries. Established in 1958, the company now manages a fleet size of over 50,000 vehicles. Operating from offices in Bristol and Northampton, the company is ideally positioned to manage customer requirements throughout the UK. With 230 employees in the country, we are the 10th largest company of the market with 2.94% of market share and over 900 corporate customers.

SG Equipment Finance UK was established in the early 1990s and is based in Richmond. In the UK, we currently operate in the High Technology, Medical, Transportation, Industrial, Construction, Agricultural, Aviation and Public sectors providing a wide variety of equipment finance to businesses. We use a number of marketing channels including vendor, direct, broker and bank introduced.
