Société Générale Careers

Be the actor of your career, define the objectives you want to achieve within the Group and we will do our best to help you to succeed. Integration, training, professional development and functional mobility are central to our Human Resources strategy.

Our Training for Recent Graduates

For undergraduates joining our investment banking Analyst Program, your employment at Société Générale begins with an intensive five week Analyst Training Program.  This program covers an introduction to the firm and its capabilities, advanced accounting, financial modeling, corporate finance, valuations and critical systems training such as Bloomberg and Factset.
If you are recruited in a sales, trading or financial engineering position, training would be provided on the job by seasoned professionals.

A competitive benefits strategy

Our highly competitive benefits plans and employee programs are an integral part of our compensation package.
For example:

  • Medical, Dental and Vision Care
We offer a generous medical benefits package - including medical, dental and vision care - that eligible employees can participate in from their date of hire.  Coverage for all of these plans is also available for same-sex domestic partners. We also offer flexible spending accounts - for both employees and dependants - that lets you save money by paying for certain expenses from your before-tax pay.
  • Insurance
We offer a number of insurance plans such as life, accident and disability as well as long-term care and identity theft insurance. A legal assistance plan is also available to staff that - for a low monthly contribution - allows employees to help limit the cost of legal services such as those associated with buying and or selling a home and preparing wills.
